Preservation Collective

Cincinnati Preservation Collective

Cincinnati Preservation Collective (CPC) was a grassroots organization dedicated to advocating for the preservation of Cincinnati’s historic architecture and built environment. In response to increasing demolitions across the city, CPC partnered with the Cincinnati Preservation Association and engaged the community in efforts to protect and celebrate Cincinnati’s rich architectural heritage.

Key Skills & Contributions:

  • Creative Direction & Branding: Designed CPC’s logo and established a cohesive visual identity across all platforms, merch, and experiences.

  • Web & Graphic Design: Developed and maintained the organization’s website and graphics for campaigns, events, and outreach.

  • Community Engagement & Event Planning: Helped organize public programs and advocacy events to raise awareness of preservation issues. These events include Neighborhood Walks, Preservation Bike Rides, Heart Bombs, Architecture Scavenger Hunts, Open Access to Preservation Projects, and more!

  • Leadership & Strategic Planning: Served as Vice President, contributing to organizational growth, outreach initiatives, and preservation advocacy.

Through my work with CPC, I combined design, leadership, and community activism to support historic preservation efforts in Cincinnati during a critical period of urban redevelopment.
